Returns Policy

We have a 30 day no questions asked return service:

  • Simply contact us through the "contact" page with your name and order number.
  • Post item to our address, which will be provided by email (personally we use Parcelforce as "they have a collect at your address service," they can bring the postage label with them. All that would be required is to repackage the order).
  • Customer is responsible for return postage cost (services like ParcelMonkey are good tools to get a comparison on price).
  • Upon receipt of the return we will issue a refund. Refunds can take up to 10 working days to process. If this is a problem contact us and we can arrange a bank transfer.

Damaged or Faulty Items

  • First of all, we apologise this has happened. We have a low fault and returns rate however these things do happen. We are proud of how we resolve these issues promptly and with a great effort to minimise inconvenience.
  • Please email us straight away, quoting your name, order number and send us clear photos of the fault so we can help to resolve this promptly.
  • We prioritise return orders above standard orders to resolve issues expeditiously.
